Background

The Clement Group, LLC, is an 8(a) and HUBZone-certified contractor headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama that specializes in Federal construction work, particularly under IDIQ-type delivery systems.

Since 2003, The Clement Group, LLC, has been awarded 14 IDC or MATOC contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers as well as IDC or MATOC contracts with other agencies.  We believe there is no greater testimony to our capabilities than the repeat contract awards we have received from the USACE and other agencies for IDCs and MATOCs over the years.

Through the task orders issued to us, The Clement Group, LLC, has gained an extensive amount of experience performing under multi-task/multi-discipline contracts.  The Clement Group has both the technical and administrative capabilities that meet the requirements of a Federal contract and Clement's successful delivery of multiple task orders under current and previous contracts confirm this fact.

Formed in September of 2000, The Clement Group, LLC, now employs many of the same management team members that gave the original company its solid reputation in the construction industry.  Since 1978, The Clement Group, LLC, has been providing construction and design/build construction services for government, commercial, and industrial clients throughout the United States.  The Clement Group, LLC, has performed projects at over 81 Federal installations, in addition to serving multiple other local, state, and commercial clients!

As an 8(a) and HUBZone Certified Business, The Clement Group, LLC, is committed to the utilization of other small and otherwise disadvantaged businesses.  We have shown an ability to negotiate projects, large or small as well as to effectively manage projects of varying size and nature.
