Because "excellence in all that we do" are not just words we say, but are actually values we hold, The Clement Group strongly believes in community involvement and service.  We believe making a different means getting involved.   The Clement Group donates resources, but we also know how important it is to donate time and talent.  We have shown our commitment to community service through corporate participation in various professional and charitable organizations, as well as through employee involvement as individuals in various service activities.

Many of our employees share their construction skills and knowledge by volunteering on various local and even international service projects including homebuilding for Habitat for Humanity, painting and construction for local churches, volunteer work for various other agencies, and even construction on international mission trips.  In addition, members of our administrative staff have also shared their time and abilities through non-construction related charity involvement such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the March of Dimes walk. The Clement Group encourages all of our employees to use their gifts and talents in the service of others.
