At The Clement Group, we are very fortunate to be in a position where we have teamed with some of the best companies in our industry.  We have worked hard to establish a solid reputation based on integrity, honesty and delivering what we've promised.  After all, we believe in building excellence.  Other contractors and architects know we are determined to deliver a successful project, we keep the owner's interest at the forefront and we treat team members as part of our own company.  Subcontractors know we will pay them and it will be on time!   We've had such a successful time developing relationships with subcontractors that many of them will follow us from one job to the next, which is a great benefit to the owner since our team is already established before we even begin their job. 

Occasionally, The Clement Group may establish a true partnering situation, teaming agreement or joint venture with another general contractor who may have specialized experience which is in the best interest of the government.   The Clement Group has established working relationships with many contractors, architects and subcontractors.  The result of "teaming" with another company is only done if it brings the government an added benefit; it's another way for us to ensure the federal agency is getting the best team available.
