Who We Are
Employees of The Clement Group are determined to deliver the best possible product at the best price within the best timeframe. We strive for excellence and that means meeting or exceeding an owner's expectations.
And through day-to-day activities, working with team members, meeting with end users or just interacting with one another in the office, The Clement Group's employees display integrity, respect, honesty and dependability. We feel strongly about our values, they are important to us and we know that it's not just about what we say because words without action are just empty words. We want team members, subs and clients to see we deliver what we said we would do and that our values stand for more than just some words on a business card.
Our People - The Clement Group currently has thirty employees in the field and office combined. This includes senior management, project management, field employees, marketing, human resources, accounting, information technology and administrative personnel. The Clement Group offers employees the chance to work in a variety of areas. Of course, Project Managers are responsible for the overall project schedule and budget delivery, but at The Clement Group they can also be involved in marketing and estimating among other areas. Our Superintendents, in addition to on-site supervision, may be assigned to a job as a quality control manager. Superintendents have the opportunity of traveling as well. The Clement Group currently has jobs throughout the Southeast but occasionally has projects going on as far Northwest as Seattle.
Our Culture - It's not about titles at The Clement Group either. You won't find any big egos here. People aren't stepping on each other's toes or backs to reach the next rung on the corporate ladder here. While each person has their own responsibilities, they're still willing to lend a hand and pitch in wherever it's needed. We are a smaller company and our 'family-focused' culture reflects that. At The Clement Group, it's like living in a small town - everyone knows everyone else's name, we celebrate birthdays once a month, get excited when someone welcomes a new baby or adopts an older child and we are truly concerned when someone falls ill. Our faith is equally important to us if not more so. It's not uncommon for a weekly bible study to be held in the office or for an employee to be out of the office because he or she is on a mission trip. We pray for one another and are invested in each other's lives. We truly care about each other and that makes us a better company.
